Over the past year, I have slowly begun to realize that there are a few items in my closet that I wear constantly.  I embarrassingly admit that I have a couple closets full of clothes in my house…however, I find myself reaching for the same things over and over again.  The common denominator has been that they are high quality.  They still look good over the years, they hold up in the harsh elements, and they get more comfortable with time.

So I thought that I would share a gift guide of all my favorite quality brands that I always come back to, no matter what.

  1. Ahh! Love this list. We just made the switch to quality items and have been crushing hard on L.L. Bean. I saw a previous post about Barbour, so I’m sure I’ll invest in a coat once we have more money coming in! I have one pair of Hunter boots but have wide calves, so I’m wondering if I could pull off the shorter pair. Thanks for the list, I’ll be bookmarking it!

    • My mom has wider calves, and she bought the Hunter boots with the adjustable back, and she loves them, they word perfectly!

      Yes, L.L. Bean and Barbour are my all time favorites! I highly recommend investing in a Barbour one day. Just be sure to maintain it, because that is how they last.

  2. How do you like the Dubarry boots? I’ve always wanted them but never invested due to the steep price tag. Do you wear yours a lot ? Are they worth the money? Love your post !!

    • I don’t actually have the Dubarry boots, and I just realized the wording in my post made it sound like I did. I’m sorry! Most of what I recommended I can recommend first hand, but this is mostly just quality brands that I love!

      That being said, I hope to get a pair someday, because I think the quality is amazing! Hope this helps you!
